Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams (3 dl) all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams (3 dl) whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 liter oat milk or regular milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 50 grams melted butter or liquid margarine

Instructions:

  1. Place all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in half of the milk and stir.
  3. Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add the melted butter and mix until it is fully incorporated into the batter. Pour in the remaining milk and stir until you have a smooth batter without lumps. Let the batter rest for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a bit of butter in the pan and cook the pancakes over moderately high heat. Flip them when they have set on the top and have a nice golden color on the underside.
