Ingredients:
- 200 grams (3 dl) all-purpose flour
- 200 grams (3 dl) whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 liter oat milk or regular milk
- 6 eggs
- 50 grams melted butter or liquid margarine
Instructions:
- Place all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Pour in half of the milk and stir.
- Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Add the melted butter and mix until it is fully incorporated into the batter. Pour in the remaining milk and stir until you have a smooth batter without lumps. Let the batter rest for approximately 15 minutes.
- Heat a bit of butter in the pan and cook the pancakes over moderately high heat. Flip them when they have set on the top and have a nice golden color on the underside.
