This recipe doesn’t have exact measurements, just use what you have on hand and adjust as you go.
Ingredients:
- Spinach
- Almond milk, oat milk or regular milk
- Cottage cheese
- Frozen mango chunks
- Frozen banana chunks
- Frozen pineapple chunks
- Coconut milk
How to:
- Mix spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add several big spoonfuls of cottage cheese and blend until it’s COMPLETELY lump-free.
- Add frozen banana, mango, and pineapple chunks. Pour in a generous amount of light coconut milk 🥥🍍🍌. Taste as you go.
- Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture, adding more almond milk if it becomes very thick.
- Pour the mixture into small bottles and place them in the refrigerator or freezer.
