Green smoothie with spinach

This recipe doesn’t have exact measurements, just use what you have on hand and adjust as you go.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Almond milk, oat milk or regular milk
  • Cottage cheese
  • Frozen mango chunks
  • Frozen banana chunks
  • Frozen pineapple chunks
  • Coconut milk

How to:

  1. Mix spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add several big spoonfuls of cottage cheese and blend until it’s COMPLETELY lump-free.
  2. Add frozen banana, mango, and pineapple chunks. Pour in a generous amount of light coconut milk 🥥🍍🍌. Taste as you go.
  3. Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture, adding more almond milk if it becomes very thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into small bottles and place them in the refrigerator or freezer.
